Jeff passed away suddenly on August 5, 2013. He was survived at the time by his father Manton M. "Kibby" Kibler Jr., brother Manton M. Kibler, III, and his wife Frances, several nieces, and by cousin Paige Kibler Stowe, who is also a member of the HHS Class of 1967.
