Bobby was a dear friend  for many years to my husband and me. He did so much for the citizens of Henrico County, his family and his friends. No matter how many awards or how much wealth Bobby attained, he never lost his geninue friendliness, compassion, or willingness to help anyone in need. His smile and laughter are missed so very much.
