Gary Allen Wheeler
Gary Allen Wheeler, 60, of Vinton, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2008, at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, James S. and Goldie Wheeler; sister, Beverly Crouch; and a brother, Wayland Wheeler. Surviving are his three children and their spouses, James and Carrie Wheeler, Joseph and Tracey Wheeler, and Vanessa and David Powell; several grandchildren; sisters, Mary Jane Wade and husband, James, Betty Campbell, Carole Ledane, Janice Orick and husband, David, Valerie Westmoreland and husband, Lee, Connie Karnes and husband, Mark, and Sherry Wheeler; and a brother, Gerald Wheeler and wife, Sue. Memorial services will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at Simpson Funeral Chapel. Friends may visit with the family from 6 p.m. until service time on Wednesday.
