I just wanted to let everyone know how much I thought of Mike and how much I miss him. I really got to know Mike long after graduating from Burroughs. Along with other friends and classmates (Mike & Diane Gee..........Dale & Sybil Lint............Kenny & Linda Armstrong...... and Johnny & Josie) we went on a couple of cruises together ,a house boat trip to Lake Mead, NV, visiting with Mike at his home in Northern CA. All the times we spent together, Mike was always full of jokes and laughter. Mike was the kind of person who made you feel better about yourself when you were with him. Mike had retired and moved to his dream home in Grants Pass, OR where he was enjoying life with wife Diane. Mike passed away suddenly at his home March 17, 2005. I felt honored to speak at his funeral along with my buddies and classmates; Dale Lint & Kenny Armstrong.
