Douglas passed 09/24/09 after being involved in a single-vehicle wreck near Lakeside.  He went to school with us K thru 10th grade.

Two men die in single-vehicle crash

TARRANT COUNTY — Two men died Thursday afternoon when a 2002 Acura rolled over in western Tarrant County. The Tarrant County medical examiner identified the men as Douglas Glidewell, 29, of Lakeside and John Farris, 30, of Fort Worth. The single-vehicle wreck occurred near Lakeside at 10204 Confederate Park Road, also called Farm Road 1886. Sheriff’s deputies were called shortly after 1 p.m., said Terry Grisham, a Sheriff’s Department spokesman. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene. The incident is still under investigation, Grisham said. — Elizabeth Campbell
