LYNNE PENNY (KING)

Lynne King Penny passed over at her home this past Sunday, June 14.  Lynne had been fighting pancreatic cancer.  I wasn't able to find an obitutary for her but her daughter posted the following message on her Facebook page:

"It's with heavy hearts that we share that our Amazing, beautiful, Loving Mother Lynne Penny earned her angel wings to heaven on Sunday, June 14th at 1:20 pm. Our mother's spirit was lifted to heaven at her home while surrounded by her husband and six children all while her 15 grandchildren, one great grandchild and her siblings and their families were outside laughing and playing on a gorgeous day. We are honoring her wishes to not have a memorial or public funeral. Our mom was adamant that cancer never defined her. She asked that you remember her as you keep a fond memory of her in your heart. She is in peace and pain free. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to any cancer research foundation. She earned her purple wings."
