On November 11,1988, around 9:00 p.m. Christina became the victim of a shooting, when she suffered a single gunshot wound to the neck, while at a stop light, for the rims of her vehicle.  The bullet entered the left side of her neck and traveled downward, injuring and lodging in her spine.  She passed on December 21, 1988
