Frank C. Elliott passed from a heart attack on January 18, 1973, in his home in Drobak, Norway.  He taught art and history at Ramona High School.

Riverside Federation of Teachers acknowledged the passing of Frank C. Elliott with an evening of paintings and drawing displayed at the Auditorium Gallery, Riverside Central Library, April 5th to April 30th, 1974.
