John F. Mesinger, 80, died Wednesday at his home in Riverside.  Born in Erie, Pa., Mr Mensinger lived in Riverside 46 years.  Previously he lived in Perris nine years.  He worked for the Riverside Unified School District for 30 years in various positions, including, Vice Principal and Athletic Director of Ramona High School in Riverside, California.
