Charlotte died of cancer.  Lived in Moreno Valley, Riverside and Woodcrest a total of 40 years.

She was an environmental health specialist for Riverside County for 20 years before she reired in 2002

In 1979 she worked in Sacramento for the California Commision on the Status of Women.

She graduated fom Ramona High School in Riverside in1961 and received her bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley in 1965.

A master gardener and horticulturis. she was a memeber of a Chi Gong study group at UCR in riverside and SGI-USA, a Buddhist association.
