I don't know if I've ever had a friend as close as Tommy... Our great friendship in Jr. High and High School, weekend trips to motorcross races throughout VA and NC with our families still linger with me to this day.
I think of him often and still wish we could talk again. I maintain a relationship with his mom and dad, and see in photographs glimpses of Tommy in his brother Teddy.
I knew Teague and Tommy since Back Creek Elementary. We played ball together, laughed together, and especially were friends together. No matter what, they both had my back. I always think of them whenever the fire call comes in because Tommy's brother Teddy got me into the Fire Academy. I miss them both and remember them always
