I've not yet to have attended any reunions. But, the cook-out thing and the football thing was good. I don't care to see classmates get drunk and act goofy. Sometimes it maybe funny, but not always.

I think since we now have a Roanoke county Park/Rec center at Valley Point that maybe someone should look into renting and having one there. They have facilities for such, and more. That's just one idea. Or what about one of the country clubs, hello some of the guyz like golf, some ladies like it as well.( Now seeing me play golf would be funny!) Then following we could have a dance but with if any moderate consumption. Meaning limitations. But drinkers be ware the laws of driving. Best bet no drinking!

We even can do a benefit reunion, like they do in the center n the square, every year. Formal attire, blah blah. Heck we've had classmates in bands, we can even call on them for entertainment, if that is they're not rusty. I think the class of 84 all should have ideas on future reunions, and that everyone should place their ideas and then the entire class can have a vote on the top 10 ideas.

We could even add  family so that everyone meets not only you and yours, but children as well. Come on you guyz, I agree the cost with todays economy it's been a little much for some. Especially those that have to travel back to Virginia.
