GARRISON, Cecil Roosevelt, (``Hondo""), 38, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, May 25, 1995, at the Community Hospital of Roanoke Valley. He was the son of Cecil Garrison Sr. and the late Martha E. Johnson Garrison. Survivors include his father, Cecil Garrison Sr.; one sister, Nancy E. Anderson; one brother, Larry E. Garrison, all of Roanoke; one son, Anthony J. Kyle, Fincastle; two daughters, Jessica M. Kyle, Fincastle, Brittany N. Robinson, Roanoke; brother-in-law, Glen S. Anderson, Roanoke; five aunts, Martha J. Ford, Silver Springs, Md., Emma Richie, Lilly Callaway, Margaret Garrison and Alice Garrison, all of Hollins; three uncles, George Garrison, Edward A. Callaway, both of Hollins, Leroy Garrison, Roanoke; three nieces, Latonya R. Anderson, Hollins, Amanda E. Anderson and Shauna E. Anderson, both of Roanoke; two nephews, Keith A. Anderson, Hollins, Antonio M. Anderson, Roanoke; one great-nephew, Taveon R. Anderson, Hollins; a host of other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 3:30 p.m. First Baptist Church, Hollins with the Rev. Charles Calloway officiating with burial in Hollins Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home.
