Leesa Partleton Lusk, 48, of Moneta, after a courageous battle with cancer, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, September 28, 2006. She was a daughter of the late Saralee Gross and Francis L. Partleton. On September 12, 1992, she married her childhood sweetheart since 1971, Tom N. Lusk, who survives. In addition to her husband, surviving are her sons, Brandon, Tommy and Ryan Lusk; grandbaby, Zoey Lusk and her mother, Carline Myers; twin sister, Lori Lowe and husband, Keith; nephew, Coye; niece, Shanna; brother, Lance Partleton and wife, Ceida; nephews, Joseph and Russell; uncles, Jim and Fred Partleton; aunts, Ursula Teggart, Ruth Carney and Tomi Thompson; cousin, Sheri D. Hudison; mother-in-law, Evelyn Nelson Lusk; extended family and friends, Debbie Haog, Bob Haupe, Jeannnie Clouse, Mike and Cassidy English, Cheryl Ham, Melody and Ken Pugh, Mike Virts, Diana Novack, Susan and Billy Potter, Allan and Michelle Ham, Brian and Tammy Mason, Tom and Kim Kulis, Lana and Butch Holland, Carol Guy, Miranda and Kevin Shotwell, Ralph Fotchman, Becky and Jack Linkous, Peggy and Berry Mason, Brian and Jennifer Holland, Bob and Diana Williams, Robert and Lisa Lusk, Jerry Lusk, Yvonne and Tim Oh'Brian, Ann Lusk, Charles and Kim Moore, Abbey, Magan and Whitney, Julie Nicely, Carolyn and Ray Pack, Mike and Meg Telfer, Jennie and Brian Rust, Roe and Bob Schirmer, Rosie and Randy Gantt, and Candy Cane Seally; and the neighbors and friends of Peak View and Back Nine Street, Moneta, Va. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 1, 2006, at Oakey's North Chapel. The Rev. Mike Barry will officiate. Enurnment will be at a later date in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
