Robin's Obituary

Robin Annette French, 60 of Roanoke died Friday, July 21, 2017 at her residence. Robin was predeceased by her father and mother, Lloyd and Alva Wade; a brother, Gary, and both maternal and paternal grandparents.Robin was a devoted member of Blue Ridge Church of Christ and is also survived by the many Bretheren.  Robin gave her heart, her soul, and her life to the Lord.  She is in His arms and no longer does she suffer from pain and sorrow.  Only those still here do. For Robin, turn to someone and say “I love you”, or “I forgive you” or both.Robin is survived by her husband, James French; daughters, Amanda Leonard (Curtis) and Jagger French (John); her sisters, Janet Wade (Raymond) and Alice Durrant (Ted); a sister-in-law, Donna Zinchuk (Richard); cousin Patsy (John); her friend Jane; and many nieces and nephews.A funeral service will be held at noon, Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Oakey’s North Chapel with Preacher Brent Paschal officiating.  Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 noon prior to the service.
