Dennis Michael Wright, (Mike) age 68, of Roanoke, Virginia, departed this life on May 29, 2022. He was born on November 29, 1954, to the late Carrol Eugene Wright, Sr., and Julia Ann Wright.

Dennis was affectionately known by his family and friends, as "Mike". 

Mike served in the United States Navy and was discharged honorably after a number of years in service. He was employed with the United States Postal Service where he worked as a vehicle mechanic. He enjoyed golfing, playing cards, and watching Nascar races and Virginia Tech games. 

Mike leaves to cherish his memory; his daughter, Abagail Wright, and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. Special thank you to his cousins, Jeff Metz and Loni Stoneman.
