Alex Consagra, 71, of Roanoke Virginia, passed away on April 19, 2025. Born on May 17, 1953, Alex lived boldly, from gridirons to open waters. A star football player and wrestler at Northside High School, where his number 77 was retired for several years. He earned a BS from Middle Tennessee State University forever chasing knowledge. As an entrepreneur, he was renowned for his Roanoke motorcycle shops, Biker Trends, fueling his love for two-wheeled freedom. Alex's heart belonged to deep sea fishing and fly fishing, where he found freedom casting lines in rivers, lakes and oceans. 

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy, son, Preston SR., and his wife, Rachael; grandsons, Preston Jr., and Owen; sister, Linda Franklin and brother-in-law Ken. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Doris Consagra.
