Wesley Howard White, 68 of Salem, passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018.  He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Carter White, Jr.  Wes is fondly remembered as a loving and affectionate father and grandfather.  He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Marcia White, children, Ryan, Jeff, Matthew,  Mary, Tricia, Jamie, Dan, Julie and Albert, 21 grandchildren, mother, Thelma Beatrice White, brothers, Carter, David and Stuart, beloved pets, Biscuit and Molly, and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at Oakey’s North Chapel with Pastor Carl Goodman officiating.  Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Angels of Assisi.  Online condolences may be made at www.oakeys.com.
