GARRISON, Larry Edward, 43, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2001. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Garrison Sr. and Martha Johnson Garrison; a brother, Cecil R. Garrison, Jr. Survivors include one son, Keith Anderson and a daughter, Latonya Anderson; sister, Nancy (Glen) Anderson; a devoted friend, Faye Jordan and family; nieces, Jessica Kyle of Fincastle, Brittany Robertson, Amanda and Shauna Anderson; nephews, Anthony Kyle of Fincastle and Antonio Anderson of Roanoke; grandchildren, Tyshawn and Taveon Anderson, both of Roanoke; a host of aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held Monday, December 31, 2001 at 3 p.m. at the First Baptist Church Hollins with the Rev. Charles Calloway and the Rev. Michael Palmer officiating. Interment will follow in Hollins Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the church. Friends may call at Serenity Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. The body will be taken to the church at 5:30 p.m. Arrangements by Serenity Funeral Home.
