David L. Eary, 67, of Salem passed away Friday, April 5, 2019.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie "Pete" and Helen Eary, and an aunt, Violet Hull.

Surviving are his wife, Martha B. Eary; children, Drew (Rena) Eary, Adam (Julie) Eary, and Lauren Eary; brother, Leslie (Diane) Eary; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to Halls United Methodist Church 4302 North Fork Road Elliston, VA  24087.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by Pastor Brenda Sternfeld.  The family will receive friends  from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Simpson Funeral Home.  www.simpsonfuneral.com
