Gary Spencer, 66, of Hardy, Virginia passed away on January 25, 2022.

Gary was a hard worker and a 30-year employee of Estes Trucking. He spent his free time renovating houses and working on his farm. Gary enjoyed target shooting with his nephew and great nephews.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents Dorthy “Dot” and Noel Spencer Sr. He is survived by his brother Noel Spencer Jr., nephews Noel Spencer and Deke Reed,  great nephews Cole Spencer and Dalton Bethel, former sister-in-law Sharon West and partner Lori Duncan.

The family will receive friends at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem on Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm. A funeral service will follow at 12:30 pm in the chapel of Lotz Funeral Home.
