Rickey Lee Vaden, age 65 of Rocky Mount died Wednesday, April 20, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Ruby Vaden; brother, Kenneth Vaden; and son, John Aliff. Surviving are his wife, Brenda Vaden; son, Jarret Vaden; daughter, Michelle Hall (Joey); grandchildren, Brianna Aliff (Jerry), Courtney Hall, Aiden Hall, Jordon Vaden; great-grandchildren, Sophia and Alina Woody; sister, Andrus Booth (Dan); brother, Richard Vaden (Debbie); niece and nephews, Jason Lowe (Misty), Justin Lowe (Kia), Heather Williams; special friend, Thomas Young, Jr. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Mountain View Memorial Park with Pastor Ronald Coleman officiating. His family will receive friends 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. on Monday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
