Brother Bob ("Doc") Tindall wrote on 11/30/2018 (what would have been Rick's 74th birthday)...

I posted a "Happy Birthday" on Rick Norell's Facebook page.  His daughter Lisa responded by telling me he had died in early November.  He was buried in Great Falls, where he lived for many nears, next to his son David.

Note: Great Falls is in Virginia, Rick had been living in Dowell, Maryland. A formal obituary was not written.
