OK, all that aside...I have a few questions.  Are we planning any day time events, such as cooking out and then going for boat rides at Lake Wylie?!  (*crosses fingers*)  I think it sure would be cool if someone with a big a$$ boat would take us on some sunset rides!

How about a barn party?  Anyone have a big a$$ barn?!  We could offer a pot luck and then have some type of silly organized games and some music, too.  Whatcha think?

My Dad has connections with the McCelvey Center in York and could probably get us a good rate if we wanted to have some type of dressy cocktail party that a small group of us could plan to cater ourselves.  I just know we have some awesome cooks in our class...right?   That brings me to this...I'm an avid food network junkie and one of their chef's, Sandra Lee, is part of their Great American Bake Off.  This is a program for feeding our hungry children, and you can find more info here:

Other weird ideas: 

* For you single folks, we could have a twisted version of "The Prom", all over again!  (OK, that one is cracking me up!)  Us married folk will be the chaperones and you cannot meet up ahead of time to check each other out...you have to base your choice on email interactions and your good memory!   Ha!  Then, everyone will cast their vote for "The Couple Most Likely To NOT Get Married"--and watch as you guys duke it out for the title!  lolololololol

Meanwhile...in one of our activities, we could play the occupation game, in which we cast our vote for the person that shot for the occupation we'd imagined they would, way back then, as well as the person that blew up our brains because their occupation is the last thing we'd imagined.  Not sure of the specifics of the game, but that's the big picture. :)

hey connie...we do have some things in place...like a picnic with games. we are still putting some of this together. if you click on "30 Year Reunion" on the left side of the page, it has the schedule so far. if you want to organize a cook off, have at it...that's a bit over my head:)
