I cannot believe that out of our entire wicked/crazy/playful class of Trojans, no one is up to anything!  Yall suck! 

I'm enjoying every single moment of my very new marriage and counting my blessings. I met the coolest, sexiest, most intelligent and cocky, (former Marine) and Hottie Italiano Stud Puppy that ever lived, and he adores me just as I do him.  We met a lil over 3 years ago and have been married a year now.  We're lovers and best friends, and this is the person I've been looking for ever since I was a wee one...he even looks like I imagined him!  (I cannot help it that this freaking timed font keeps timing out on me..screw it!) 

We're raising teens and shooing off the older ones, having a blast together every single day, and planning a dreamy lil life for once they're gone...lol.    We're homebodies that are perfectly content to keep our world small and tight, and all that matters to us is being together each day.  We've both had horrid pasts and are just breathing a sigh of relief that all that drama is over now.  We love to experiment with gourmet cooking, keeping up with politics, (tho we keep having to take a break from it cause it's just so screwed up and painful)  and making sure that the kids don't  wreck the car or sneak out at night. :)   Our life together as a new family is everything to us.  Merged families are a very hard road to travel, but if you survive it, the blessings are beyond description.

I'm into cooking, decorating, growing my own flowers and food, collecting, reading true crime (I have a detective hiding in me somewhere!) and suspense novels, writing, taking care of my home and continuing my "thrifty" mission 'cause you never know what's around the corner...and being with my lil angel, Katie, who is now 6 inches taller than me and is a tom boy!  Who would've thunk it?!  I'm so dang "girly girl", and I have a tomboy?!  Dang her 6'5  athletic father!  I've always wanted a prim and proper, prissy southern belle that I could mentor, lol, and I have a basketball player that won't even paint her nails!

My life is simple, but it's rich with color and serenity.  I'm finally living my dream, tho it won't fully peak until those bratty male teenagers give me my basement back!
