CHARLOTTE - Horace Ameen (was Horace Lee Alexander at Rock Hill High School), 61, passed away Monday, October 14th, 2013, at CMC-Pineville in Pineville, N.C. He is survived by his mother Leola Alexander, four daughters Khailah, Anjail, Tarra, and Monica, and two sons Khalif and Haazim all of Charlotte, N.C. and preceded in death by his father, Albert brothers Lawrence and Warren and sister Lilly. Janazah services will be performed by Iman Khalil Akbar at Masjid Ash-Shaheed on Thursday, October 17th at 11 a.m. Interment at York Memorial Park. Long & Son Mortuary Service is serving the family.
