Danny Alfred "Holly" Hollingsworth

Greenville. SC - Mr. Danny Alfred “Holly” Hollingsworth, 60, formerly of Rock Hill, SC died Friday, April 5, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital in Greenville, SC.

The family will receive friends 12:00 until 2:00 PM Monday, April 8, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, with a graveside service following at 2:30 Monday at Forest Hills Cemetery, with Gordon Moore officiating.

Born in Rock Hill, currently living in Easley, SC Mr. Hollingsworth was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh John Hollingsworth and Alluwee Dyches Hollingsworth, and his sister Kay Daughtrey. He was retired from Duke Energy and was a graduate of Rock Hill High School Class of 1971.

Surviving include his daughter, Angel R. Crouse of Easley, SC; sons, Remington C. Hollingsworth of Easley, SC, Danny R. Hollingsworth (Andrea) of Waxhaw, NC, and Lanny A. Hollingsworth of Charlotte, NC; brother, Hugh John Hollingsworth, Jr. (Sara) of Rock Hill; sisters, Donna Wilson of York, and Debbie Jarman (Steve) of Newport, NC; 4 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
