Jerry Wayne Green
December 2, 1952 - January 13, 2023

Rock Hill, South Carolina - Mr. Jerry Wayne Green, 70, passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023 at his home.  He was a graduate of the Class of 1971 at Rock Hill High School.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30pm on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Forest Hills Cemetery, with Rev. Joey Nelms officiating.
Born in Gaffney, SC, Mr. Green was the son of the late Jerry Clayton Green and the late Conolia Patterson Green. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Judy Wilson; and his brother, Jerome Oliver. He worked as a mechanic for his father at Green Oil Company and then he went to work for Neal's Grading & Land Clearing. He attended Mount Gallant Church of God.
Surviving are his wife of 38 years, Pat Story Green; four sisters, Jennifer Tate, Dianne Lewis, Linda Davis, and Tina Carter; his brother, Roger Oliver; his sisters-in-law, Ann Story Graves and Judy Story Bechtler; and many nieces and nephews.
