Robert Lester "Buddy" Hough, Jr.  
June 12, 1953 - February 24, 2019

Rock Hill, SC – Mr. Robert Lester “Buddy” Hough, Jr., 65, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019 at his home.

A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732.  Burial will follow in Laurelwood Cemetery.  Visitation will be held prior to the service at 12:30-1:45 pm at the funeral home.

Buddy was a native of Rock Hill, SC and the son of Laura Williams “June” Hough and the late Robert Lester Hough, Sr.  He was the owner of B&K Jewelry.  Buddy was a veracious reader and loved learning new things.  He was an advisor to so many young people throughout his life.  He had a magnetic personality that drew people to him, making friends wherever he went.  Buddy’s storytelling was something that will be remembered for many years.

In addition to his mother, June Hough; Buddy is survived by his wife, Susan; his sons, Robert L. Hough, III, “Trey” of Rock Hill; and John “Tyler” Hough (Elizabeth) of Charlotte, NC; his brother, John “Marty” Hough (CSM Retired); and his grandson, Robbie Hough.

Memorials may be made in Buddy’s name to the charity of one’s choice.
