Doris Mayfield Brown

Born June 22, 1953 to the late Josh Mayfield and the late Johnnie Mae Moore Mayfield, Doris Mayfield Brown departed this life on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.  She was a graduate of the Class of 1971 at Rock HIll High School.

To mourn her loss, she leaves her two sons Brian and Ronald, sisters Barbara Mayfield Bailey and Sandra Mayfield Kendrick, grandchildren, and other relatives.  In addition to her parents, Doris was predeceased by her brother Richard.

The funeral service will be 1:00 PM,  Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church (2624 Saluda Road, Chester, SC). Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be 12:00-1:00 pm Wednesday at the church. The family will receive friends at the home.  Robinson Funeral Home (Rock HIll, SC) is serving the family.
