Louise Watson Strafford

Mrs. Louise W. Strafford, of 326 Finley Square, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2016. The funeral service will be 2pm Friday at St. Matthew A.M.E. Zion Church (539 Lige Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730), with the Rev. Trishaun Kendall, officiating. Burial will be at Barber Memorial Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Odell and Lucille Dixon Watson, and six siblings, Odell Watson, David Watson, Dale McClure, Barry Watson, Prez Watson and Rinda Watson. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth L. Strafford; children, ClinTonyaa Watson, a nephew whom she reared, Carlos D. Watson (Kendra); step-children, Kenny Agurs (Charlene), Dontay Strafford (Brandy), Kisha Starr and Laquita Strafford; 21 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three brothers, James Watson, Lex Watson (Essie) and Donnie Watson; three sisters, Carolyn Burris (Donald), Debra Beckham and Lecia Watson (Terry).

Viewing will be 5-7pm Thursday at Robinson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the home.
