SUMMERVILLE - Charles Edward Bell , 60, died Wednesday, December, 22, 2010, at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston.
Born in Rock Hill, he was a son of Janie Vining Bell and the late Charles W. Bell .
Survivors include his mother of Summerton of Summerville; a daughter of Summerville; and a brother of Manning.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 27, 2010 in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Larry Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in the Sumter Cemetery.
Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
