Rock Hill, SC – Mrs. Linda Troutman Roddey, 74, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at McWhorter House in Monroe, NC.

Mrs. Roddey was born in Falls Church, VA, and was the daughter of the late Coit Troutman and the late Louise Fletcher Troutman.  Mrs. Roddey was a member of Oakland Baptist Church and retired from the City of Rock Hill.  She was also a member of the Elks Club and the Red Hat Society.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Roddey was also preceded in death by her son, Richie Brafford, Jr.

A private graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Forest Hills Cemetery,

Mrs. Roddey is survived by her spouse, William G Roddey; her sister, Cindy Troutman of Charlotte, NC; her brother, Ray Troutman of Charlotte, NC; two step daughters, Kelly (Benny) Hines of Clover, SC, Karen Roddey of Shelby, NC; and her grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Roddey’s name to American Diabetes Association, PO Box 15829, Arlington, VA  22215.
