Ivy Beveridge, 57, Rock Springs, passed away on Dec. 3, 2003 at her home. She was a longtime resident of Rock Springs.
She was born Sept. 6, 1946, the daughter of Berness W. Edwards and Lola Cecelia Pasquini.
She attended schools in Rock Springs and was a 1965 graduate of the Rock Springs High School. She also attended St. Scholastica in Canon City, Colo.
She married Arthur Beveridge on June 19, 1965, in Rock Springs. He passed away on Jan. 2, 1992.
She worked as a contract administrator in the construction and oil field for many years.
She was a member of the Sweetwater County Museum Board and was a State Spelling Bee champion.
Survivors include stepfather Andy Legerski and wife Rosina of Rock Springs; one son, Russell Beveridge of Rock Springs; one daughter, Kris Beveridge of Lakewood, Colo.; two brothers, Paul Legerski and wife Carol of Rock Springs; Gene Legerski and wife Becky of Casper; two sisters, Cecelia Jernegan and husband J.L. of Palm Springs, Calif., Tena Oehler and husband Russ of Tigord, Ore., brother-in-law and sister-in-law Jin and Lynda Beveridge of Greeley, Colo.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, father and mother-in-law, Art and Alice Beveridge.
