He was born September 23, 1944 to Guerino and Lilly Franch Rizzi. He attended schools in Rock Springs.
He married Anna Shalata on March 4, 1964 in Rawlins. They were later divorced.
He had been employed by NL McCullough for 30m years until his retirement. His interests were camping, fishing, the outdoors, riding his Harley, and spending time with friends and family.
Survivors include two sons, Al L. Rizzi Jr. and Donnie L. Rizzi and his wife Brandy J, all of Rock Springs;brothers August Rizzi and wife Sherry of Rock Springs and Art Rizzi of San Diego, CA.
