Barton "Bart" Reed Tack, age 57, of Rockford passed away unexpectedly Thursday September 3, 2020. Born in Rockford on March 21, 1963 to Donald Leland & Janice Joanne Tack (Bargren). Bright, smart, fun loving with a good sense of humor are just a few traits Bart portrayed. A true sports fanatic, he loved collecting a wide range of sporting memorabilia & collectibles and always rooted for his favorite teams: the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs. A much loved father, grandfather, brother and dear friend; he will remain forever in our hearts.
He is survived by his daughter, Amanda (Sean McKibben) Tack; grandson, Cooper; sister, Andrea (Pete Todd) Tack; nephew, Alex Todd; niece, Samantha Todd; special family, Joyce (Jim) Serafin and Deanna Gasparini; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents.
