Derek Antron Morris, age 24 of Rocky Mount, departed this life on Tuesday, October 1, 2008. 

Survivors: Mother, Phyllis Davis of the home; his father, Robert Lee Davis of Nashville; son, Jaden Morris of Nashville; sister, Tara Davis of Bailey, NC; four brothers, Robert Lucas of Nashville, Demond Morris, Brandon Morris, his twin brother, Eric Morris all of Rocky Mount, NC; grandparents, Rosa & Chester Morris of Rocky Mount, NC.
