Douglas Michael "Doug" Rose, age 72, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2021. He was born July 23, 1949 in Bowling Green, Ohio to the late John and Patricia (Young) Rose; also preceded in death by his brother, Acram Al Warde. Doug is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Susan (Mackin) Rose; his son, Geoffrey Rose and beloved granddaughter, Amelia Rose. A 12 p.m. service will take place Tuesday, September 21 at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 with committal to follow. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, September 24 at 2 p.m. at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 4456 Morse Rd., Columbus where friends will receive friends one hour prior.
