When my folks passed, Albert was at our door within minutes bringing those twinkling eyes and infectous smile forever present...and of course flowers!. Of all the great Pirates of the '67 class, Albert remains the true Captain of our ship. Fair winds on your next journey mate.

Albert and I had the same birthday. Our fathers shared driving Albert, Howie Tuefel, Jim Wright and me to RRHS daily. Albert's sunny personality always made the early morning trips enjoyable. He was alway - and probably still is - Mr. Positive.

Your ever-present smile and twinkling eyes and ecouragment has left this world- the world's loss. You have left a legacy of a life well-lived.

I only attended RRHS my Junior and Senior year, but I recall during my first few weeks seeing Albert a few times in study hall with a suspicious smile on his face and a teacher standing behind him looking suspiciously at him! I figured right then that this new school was going to be a fun place and I was right. Albert made me feel welcome without even knowing it. Great guy!

Received the email from Dick on June 15th regarding the passing of Albert. Dick mention he had been in the care of hospice the past several months which I did not know about or him being ill. He was a great classmate and so sorry to hear of his passing. I do remember the flower shop & I know my brother purchased flowers from him. My condolences to the family & my hope he did not suffer much.
