Stanley M. Wheeler of Roselle The funeral for Stanley M. Wheeler, 75, will begin at 8 a.m. Wednesday, at Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St. (¾ mile west of Bloomingdale Road), Roselle, where a chapel service will be held at 9 a.m. He was born Aug. 9, 1927 and died April 6, 2003. Interment will be in Scottville West Cemetery, Scottville, Ill. Mr. Wheeler was the former principal of Lake Park High School for 30 years. Stanley was the beloved husband of Jean (nee Newland); devoted father of Suzanne (Craig) Rylands, James (Kayla), Peggy (Jeff) Kovarik and Beth (John) Wilson; loving son of the late Guy and Lela Wheeler; dear brother of Jean (John) Noel and Betty Sousa; fond grandfather of 10; and great-grandfather of one. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lake Park High School Education Fund, 450 Spring Ct., Roselle, IL 60172.
