I just spoke with Fran's sister Joan who was in the Class of '64 to learn about Fran's life. Fran married an orthopedic surgeon and she got her masters in speech therpay. When he finished his training they decided to move to San Diego and that is where they very happily lived. Fran ran the Speech and Hearing Clinic at the VA in San Diego where she was very well respected and often sought after to speak. She was, as we knew her, a very positive person. She had one child when she was 35 who is now 32 and llving in NYC. Fran died in 1999, a tragic loss for her family and all who knew her. She was such a bright spirit and it is so terribly sad that her life was cut short.
