Alan, We were best friends for decades and our friendship lasted till the very end of your all too short life. The reunion was great, but for me it was melancholy at the same time that it was enjoyable. You were with me all night in spirit as you are every other day. An amazing guy whose personal warmth, generosity, integrity, good humor, intelligence and friendship are a never ending blessing for me, all of our classmates and everyone fortunate enough to have come in contact with you during your incredible life. Miss you today and every day. But I know you're looking down from Heaven and watching over all of us. Rest In Peace, buddy ❤️🙏

Rest In Peace Alan. You are with some great men in Heaven. So you are blessed and at peace now. We had a great class and hopefully we all get to join you you in Heaven with my husband and brothers Skip and Tom who also went to Roslyn. Thanks for a great class. Susan Stillman Smith

Remembering Alan J Biren for his warmth. his kindness and his caring and of course his big smile with those great dimples!  Alan always made the person he was talking to feel special.  He was generous and giving and fun to be around.  Mostly he was a wonderful human being in every way.  Although after High School I only saw him at the Reunions, i miss him greatly.  His presence was always a shining light and will always leave a hole in my heart and in our class.  Here's to you Alan!!
