Mickey Lynn Powell 55, Rossville, died Thursday November 5, 2009 in a local hospital. He was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and was a well-known area route salesman for Mayfield Dairy for the past 26 years. Mr. Powell was an avid Georgia Bulldogs football fan. 
He was preceded in death by his father Franklin Eugene Powell 

Survivors include his children Crystal ( Jeremy) Garrett, Chickamauga; Stephanie (Chip) Headrick, LaFayette; Michael ( Carrie) Powell, Fort Oglethorpe; mother Nevella Powell, Chickamauga. Brothers, Brennon Powell, Chickamauga; Donald Powell Chattanooga; and Ronald Powell, Trenton, GA. Sisters , Peggy Smith, Soddy-Daisy, TN, and Janet Aaron, Flintstone, GA; grandchildren Savannah, Holly, and Sydney Garrett; Lane and Gracie Headrick.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Michael Cole officiating. Interment in the Tennessee- Georgia Memorial Park.
