I remember Victor as a conscientious, caring person who was a bit shy. He smiled a lot and waited to see if he would be included. I sensed much enthusiasm to assist with any need. I am saddened to hear of his passing, but the Victor I remember is in Heaven where he is always loved and appreciated for his good heart.

My thoughts and prayers are sent to his family and friends.

I remember Victor as quiet and shy.  At times he would overcome his shyness and give you the biggest smile.  I remember those smiles.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Rest in peace Victor.

I remember Victor as being a tall, kind and tenderhearted gentleman.  He would make a joke or bring humor to lighten a situation and entertain.  My sympathy and prayers for God's comfort to his sister Sandy as Victor was her only sibling and their parents are also deceased.
