Linda Dale Bohanon Clayton, 71, of Roxboro, died Thursday, May 6, 2021 at her home. Born in Person County, she was the daughter of the late Roy Wooden Bohanon, Sr. and Gertrude Hamlett Bohanon. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her stepmother, Adele Saunders Bohanon and her siblings: Buddy Bohanon, Bill Bohanon and Janie B. Buchanan. Mrs. Clayton was a member of Cavel Baptist Church.

Surviving are her children: Donald Gary Triplett, Jr. and wife, Stella of Wake Forest, Jody Lee Clayton of Greensboro and Amanda C. St. George and husband, Corey of Roxboro; four grandchildren: Donald Gary Triplett III, Daniel Grant Triplett, Abbott Rhyne Triplett and Olivia Dale St. George.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM Saturday, May 8, 2021 at the Brooks & White Chapel with the Rev. Ed Priestaf officiating. Burial will follow in the Person Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service (10-11 AM).

Pallbearers will be Brian Ellis, Brian Blalock, Dean Triplett, Daniel Triplett, Harold Wagner and Corey St. George.
