Classmate Randy Davis died on September 13, 2023.  

Harold Randall Davis, 72, passed away on September 13, 2023 at his residence. Harold was born in Marion, Virginia on May 14, 1951 to the late Lois Ernestine Gregory Davis and the late Harold Kinley Davis.

Harold, worked for many years as a operator-technician for Corning Inc. before his retirement. He also proudly served his country in the US Airforce.

Harold is survived by three sons; Charles Kinley Davis (Jessica) of Roxboro, NC, Abednego Davis of Roxboro, NC, Jonathan “Johnny” Davis (Camryn Paige) of Danville, VA, and three daughters; Suzanne L. Davis (Scott Hawkins), Rachele “Maria” Davis, and Britney Barksdale (Tymarius) of Danville, VA; three brothers; Roger A. Davis Sr. (Joy) of Greenville, SC, Garry G. Davis (Kathy) of Goldsboro, NC and Larry D. Davis (Ann) of Roxboro, NC; a sister; Pamela Davis Garrett (Barry) of Roxboro, NC; eight grandchildren; Skye Hawkins, Brandi Hawkins, Kaylan Davis, Kinley Davis, Presley Davis, Avery Davis, Dominic Barksdale, and Elijah Davis; six great grandchildren; Aiden Davis, McKenzie Bates, Rilynn Bates, Kaiden Carver, Natalee Neathery and Jaxon Lawson.

In addition to his Mother and Father, Harold was predeceased by a daughter, Whitney Dee Davis.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 2:00pm at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA, with military honors by VFW Post 1097. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 1-2:00pm also at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel.
