BOBBY GWYNN DUNEVANT age 70, of 238 Beaver Creek Parkway, Roxboro, NC died Sunday night, February 28, 2021 at the VA Medical Center.
Mr. Dunevant was born December 1, 1950 in Caswell County, NC, son of the late John Thomas Dunevant, Jr. & Thelma Virginia Wiles Dunevant and was husband of 28 years to Sandra Anne Parker Dunevant who survives. He was retired from B&S Transportation, Inc. as a truck driver, was of the Baptist faith, and was a veteran of the US Army. Bobby enjoyed NASCAR, golfing, riding his motorcycle, gardening, and tinkering on things around the house.
Surviving in addition to his wife are three children, Chris Marr & wife, Vanessa of Gibsonville, NC, Lori Marr of Burlington, NC, Victoria Anne Marr of the home, six grandchildren, Devin Marr, A.J. Lenhart, Wil Lenhart, Jordan Barret, Daniel Marr, Kenedy Wagner, three brothers, Tommy Dunevant & wife, Janie of Roxboro, NC, Wilbur Dunevant & wife, Theresa of Semora, NC, Kim Dunevant of Leasburg, NC, two sisters, Barbara Bocik of Roxboro, NC, Cathy Fox of Leasburg, NC, four great grandchildren, six nephews, and three nieces.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 4, 2021 in the Strickland and Jones Funeral Services Chapel. The family will receive friends and guests from 6:30 till 8:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home and other times at the home.

This all happened so quickly. I am sure it makes your loss so much harder. I am sorry at this age we look forward to that Bobby won't get more years to relax and enjoy retirement with his family. Know that I have been and will continue to pray for you all.
