Mr. Robert Lanzy Lovette III, 40 of 1200 Chub Lake Loop Road died Friday, Oct.1, 2010 at the Hock Family Pavalion in Durham. 

The funeral was Monday, Oct. 4, at 11 a.m. at the Brooks and White Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Herbert Brown officiated. 

Born in Person County, Mr. Lovette was the son of Wanda Holt Lovette and Robert Lanzy Lovette Jr., who survive.  

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandmother, Midget Hazel Hudges Lovette of Tabor City and a brother, Richard Lynn Lovette and wife Amy of Roxboro.
