MARK ANTHONY STIGALL age 67, of Roxboro, NC passed away Wednesday afternoon, July 29, 2026 at Person Memorial Hospital. Born March 20, 1959 in Durham County, NC, son of the late Curtis Donald Stigall & Rosa Louvenia Middleton Howerton. He was retired from the construction industry and was of the Baptist faith. Mark enjoyed basketball, going to yard sales, antiques, talking on the phone, and was a past Boy Scout. Surviving are four children, Jonathan Stigall & wife, Jennifer, Teresa Croft & husband, Kyle, Danielle Stigall, Erica Cronquist & husband, Jeff, nine grandchildren, Natalie Wells, Emily Wells, Khloe Wells, Ayla Croft, K.J. Croft, Alayna Arnold, LeAnne Cronquist, Audriana Stigall, Kehlani Hamlett, two brothers, Patrick Carver, and Robbie Carver & wife, Robin. In addition to his parents Mr. Stigall is preceded in death by a brother, Donnie Stigall. Celebration of Life services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2026 in the Strickland and Jones Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. Patrick Sinclair officiating. He will be laid to rest with his mother in the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.
