Deborah Jean Dodson Blake

Deborah Jean Dodson Blake was born to Margaret Kampen and Frank Rogers Dodson on June 11, 1953 in Ogden Utah.

She was the fifth of six children. She was born on her sister Susan's birthday and they enjoyed celebrating that day together throughout the years.

Debbie was close to her sister Kathie and brother John as a youngster as the three older siblings were leaving the nest.

Debbie was a beautiful child with long, thick eyelashes, naturally curly hair and big dimples that provided for a beautiful smile. She was a bright and very active child and had lots of energy often called mischievous by her family.

Debbie graduated from Roy High School in 1971.

Lana Jean was born in 1973 to Debbie and Fred Pendley. Brian Lee was born in 1977 to Debbie and Robert Blake.

Debbie loved her kids very much. She was loved and cared for by many people especially her siblings.

Debbie is survived by her children Lana Snyder (Robert Bute) and Brian (Shantelle) Blake, Grandchildren Karlie (Tyson Pitts) Canyon (Cassidee) Snyder, Andrina, Tyson, Jorden, Kaden and Brytin Blake, Ainslee Bitter and Tage Erkelens and Great Grandchildren Quincy and Atlas Snyder and Oakley Jean Pitts.

She is also survived by her wonderful siblings who helped take care of her, Barbara (Gerald West), Mary (Stephen Spencer), Susan (Paul Bingham), Kathie (Robin Arnold) and John Dodson. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Kathie.

We would like to thank St. Benedicts Manor and Heritage Care Center for the compassionate care they provided our mother.

We will miss you mom and we will see you again We love you.
